its inception in 1993, Urban Equities, Inc. has re-defined
itself on several occasions, all for the clear purpose of

rate adjustments; or, hikes in construction material prices
by Canadian suppliers, UEInc. has adapted like a chameleon.
Through
the years, we have maintained that there’s no other
way to operate. Our motto “…just stay in the game”
has guided us from the beginning.
Some
of our hits to-date have included a series of housing developments
that have not only been fully absorbed by the buyer marketplace,
but have yielded attractive financial results and increased
retained earnings. With their presence in transitional communities,
all of our developments have had a marked impact on equity
growth in the neighborhoods, thereby strengthening the City’s
revenue base, which in turn, has sparked spill-over development
in adjacent locations.
We’re
equally pleased to report that our hits have affected job
growth and commercial business development. Millions of dollars
have translated into short and long-term employment opportunities
for community residents, as well as direct contract letting
to local area businesses, including MBE/WBE-certified enterprises.
Our
base hits and homeruns have not come without strategic partnerships.

change continues to force periodic adjustments, our Founder,
Lennox G. Jackson, remains solidly committed to arranging
