Background Lennox has more than 30 years of experience in real estate development, finance, program & project management, and commercial construction. His accomplishments include planning and executing end-to-end project management for Walgreens’ real estate assets comprised of retail store remodel rollouts, remote on-site pharmacies, and new store ground-ups within the southeastern U.S., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. He has planned and executed real estate developments, including residential, retail, and commercial projects resulting in over $100 million in new investment. He has arranged and participated in various partnerships and acted as managing general partner of several ventures; all of which demonstrate his ability to assemble experienced teams and deliver expected results. Other experience includes Urban Equities, Inc. as a member of the Chicago Builders team led by W.E. O'Neil Construction in pursuit of the over $400 million construction management contract for the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago. Prior to founding Urban Equities, Inc. and Urban Equities Construction LLC, respectively, Lennox was a Development Officer for City Lands Corporation, responsible for structuring and executing LIHTC real estate transactions in the housing sector. Mr. Nzegbuna is responsible for reviewing all requests for bids, contractual requirements, specifications & drawings to determine scope of work, proper bidding procedures and required contents of estimate in conjunction with cost, engineering quality, and availability of materials standards. He establishes work breakdown structures, prepares complete quantities & take-offs, pricing, and bidding of projects. Phillip reviews proposals and construction documents to determine the time frame, funding limitations, staffing requirements, allotment of resources for project phases, and procedures necessary to execute projects. Additionally, he manages the change management process and seeks out continuous improvement options most beneficial to the client.
Background Phillip is a self-assured professional seasoned with over 20 years of experience within the construction industry working as an estimator, project manager, and civil engineer. He has been the team lead on several projects for the company and has demonstrated his value-added skills by completing multi-million dollar projects while coordinating trades, and developing vendor & supplier partnerships. Phillip also has extensive experience in building relationships with architects, engineers, local officials and clients while achieving high marks in customer satisfaction, cost containment, and completion schedules. Mr. Hurt provides extensive senior leadership in our construction and facilities management consultancy for clients engaged with corporate retrofit, build-out and new construction projects in the NY & NJ markets. As a licensed architect in NY, NJ and IL, he offers broad capability in level-setting client project designs necessary to establish program baselines, while facilitating end-to-end project management services. Claude directs project teams and acts as a primary point of contact to clients during project engagements.
Background Claude has more than 45 years of experience in comprehensive architectural & interior design services, program design, planning, and project & construction management related to religious, housing, healthcare, education, offices, cultural centers, transportation, and aviation facilities. He also has particular expertise in onsite quality control. Among Claude’s many accomplishments is acting as a project architect (job captain) at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLC in production, design, specifications, and interiors related to hospital operating rooms, labor, and delivery suites. While at Gensler Associates, he was the project architect who worked in production on numerous interior design projects throughout NYC and along the northeast seaboard. Mr. Hurt’s architectural and project management background is quite expansive and lends itself to adding significant value to client program & project engagements while identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
